About Magician/Performer: The Gaffer is by far one of the best YouTube Performers I’ve seen. Now, I’m not saying he’s the best Magician I’ve seen. That would be hard to say for anyone since there’s always someone better than someone else that’s just life.
However, he is by far the best performer on YouTube hands down. And this isn’t biased because he’s my mentor/teacher. I say this because he knows exactly what his viewers want. They want to see a trick done then take about 24hrs to try and work it out for themselves. And if they cannot then they want the person who performed the trick to explain how it works step by step the next day.
Well, Pete AKA The Gaffer hits every point here as far as I’m concerned. He brings 110% to the Magic Community. Pete doesn’t treat people just a “Viewer” He treats them as valued individuals. This has been obviously proven since a complete stranger sent me over seas a deck of cards and that amazing one of a kind ESP Zenner box. Pete isn’t one of these types of Magicians who’s had someone teach them something they wanted to learn, and then refuse to share the “Secrets” With anyone else. I cannot stand these type’s of people. Them type of people think they should be privileged to know how it’s done, and then once shown the “Secrets” Feel like nobody else should also learn them as well… These people are Virus to the Magic Community of people who just want to learn something new.
Thankfully The Gaffer isn’t one of these types of people. He won’t just show a trick one day then move on-to another trick the following day without showing a reveal, or tutorial. Again, them kinds of people bring absolutely no value what so ever to the Magic Learning Community. I would urge any amateur magician who’s looking to learn the art of magic to visit and subscribe to his channel.
